Emergency Dentist in Vista
Dr. Amiri and our team realize you may have occasional accidents that require immediate attention. When you have a dental emergency, call our office right away so we can schedule an appointment for you. If you are experiencing a dental problem, such as a broken tooth, your comfort is our priority. However, in the case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or visit the emergency room.
If you have something stuck between your teeth, address the problem by flossing. If you cannot dislodge it with floss, call us immediately. Do not attempt to use sharp instruments, as they can cause injury.
For breakage problems, including broken fillings, a broken tooth, or a dislodged tooth, gather and preserve the pieces. Gently wash a full or partial tooth with warm water, but do not touch or remove the attached tissue. If you lose a full tooth, gently place it back into the socket. If unsuccessful, store it in an airtight container filled with milk or salt water until you arrive at our office.
